British accent.Īnna Nyui VCCV DIVA - Lovely tone, though has some oddities due to the VP's accent. Arpasing is difficult to use sometimes, but the results are very clear. Jyoze _GLASS - good tone, 9 pitch Arpasing. Yami Ryone VCCV - clear as hell and has a nice tone, tripitch If you want a clear voicebank, seek out a VCCV, Arpasing or CVVC Divine bank by a native or fluent speaker of English. That’s all I can think of for now, there are plenty of other English banks I like, but these are the ones I consider among the “best”.Ī lot of VBs from Japanese users have accent related issues, especially when recorded in the CVVC Delta format, which prioritizes ease of recording over clarity. Despite this, with a competent tuner, Onyx can easily sound like a native speaker. This voicebank is actually mostly intended for German, though has extra support for French, Japanese, and of course, English. I’d really only recommend this bank to experienced UTAU users. Her VCCV has some oddities and can be hard to handle for beginners, but it is still generally a high-quality voicebank that can sound divine in the right hands. This one is also tripitch.Īn UTAU with a Korean voice provider. Her voice is smooth like butter and very easy to use. I wouldn’t bother with the original English bank, it’s honestly not that great, since the recording quality isn’t that good, the system it uses is unusual, and it’s not nearly as flexible as either of its successors.Ī semi-recent bank, she uses a phoneme system similar to VOCALOID SAMPA. They’re both seemingly intended to have the same tone, though English -NEO- has much more power in it’s higher range, whereas DIVA is more delicate, and has slightly better pronunciation due to VCCV having more sounds than the system English -NEO- used ( which was an older version of DELTA English ). Aside from this voicebank, Anna Nyui’s other still-available English voicebank, Anna Nyui English -NEO-, is also a good voicebank. She has a bit of a Japanese accent, since her voice provider is in fact, Japanese, but she pronounces English sounds well enough that it rarely becomes an issue. This is actually Anna Nyui’s third English voicebank. This one actually just came out the other day. Other than that, here are some other banks I’d recommend checking out: Pinku is a lot more of a subtle vocal, but is still quite nice and high-quality, boasting 3 pitches. I might also recommend checking out Pinku_ENG, who I think of as sort of an older “brother” to Peyton’s bank, since they both sound pretty similar, their voice providers are friends, and Peyton’s phoneme system is an upgraded version of Pinku’s. While it can be complicated to use, it’s extremely expressive and versatile, boasting a whopping 6 pitches, and a very intricate phoneme system. It’s a beauty of a voicebank, and I often have to actively avoid using it just to give other voicebanks a spotlight since Adrian generally just sounds good with most songs.Īside from that, Peyton “Goodvibes” is also a voicebank that I consider to be one of the best English voicebanks.

It’s an androgynous, triphonic, di-pitch, multilingual voicebank, meant primarily for English, though has sounds for Spanish, Japanese, and German. If you were to ask me what the best English voicebank is, I’d probably have to say Adrian_Medium. When looking for other English voicebanks, it’s best to keep that in mind, since there are certainly plenty of good English banks. Her voice provider is not a native English speaker, so she has a very heavy Japanese accent. A character voice meant to imitate the quality of Crypton VOCALOIDs, and by extension meant to sound inhuman, and 2. He's also voiced by a Youtaite I like so I'm a wee bit biased. I haven't used him in a while, but I still reccommend him.

He has a softer low range and a solid high range. But tripitch VCCV is nothing to sneeze at, and she's configured really well.Įquinox is a male tripitch VCCV. Better coverage than Arpasing, but also a much bigger file size because of the sheer number of recordings. They also have the same reclist as Wallows, but with dx phoneme support (the and samples aren't otoed for some reason but you can do it if you know how). You can fix it as you go if you have the time and energy, but with 9 separate oto.inis to deal with, it can get old fast. Jyoze GLASS is a beautiful.baritone? tenor? voice with three expressions, 9 pitches, and great range, but they have (in my personal opinion) very questionable overlap values that will give you envelope errors on short notes, which UTAU English has a lot of.

Keep in mind that the reclist she uses has a lot of stuff missing. She's monopitch, but has surprisingly good range and a solid configuration. I'm a big fan of Wallows' Arpasing if you're looking for a female voice.
